Have a second hand Futurismoto Tail Tidy and can't for the life of me get the wiring connector to separate from the OEM tail, any thoughts on how to get the connector to separate, typically the plastic seems to be rotten and has in parts fallen to bits, should have been a simple push/lift and separate.
Indeed started off as one of those jobs that should have been happy smiles from start to finish and within 5 minutes had resulted in cursing and broken bits of connector...sigh I should have just spent Christmas learning Theoretical Physics from my son and not making bike pretty.
I'm about to tackle the same probable issues today... LightTech tail tidy, splicing into OEM loom ! Wish me luck
