This tank breather hose seems to have gone brittle, can it just be replaced with similar or is it Ducati specific? Any recommendations for a supplier? The valve itself appears to be effing expensive, part number 59320041A Hopefully I won't need to replace that as well..

And the vent tube guide that sits round the hose where it enters the top fork nut is a valve stem oil seal - obviously doesn't have to be a new one!
I don't thinks so but would need a parts catalogue for 900SS to really be sure. Through the headstock pin just seems a poor option given that it is consistently rotating agains the breather pipe. I also see 851/888 bikes with this but it is not as per the factory.
I am sure the 900ss goes through the head stock. I also have some kind of seal around the hose to secure it. Cheers Gaz
