Hi all, As you can see by posted photo really pissed that the sticker on the tank sticker has started to come away, bike is only 4 years old , any quick fixes, or will Ducati repair as a good will jester

I would think a tank sticker for a 12 k new bike should last more than 4years. Any way more to the point why has it come away in the first place , I thought sticker was put on then lacked . Ps have already brought sticker have not got confidence to do a good job, may need to get in a pro
Definitely shouldn't come away at all. Mines not lacquered. (2013) There's no lacquer on any of the paint. I've looked at earlier models and they appear to have clear lacquer over the paint.... (Cost saving ???)
Also..... Yours looks like it's got the gel type sticker on it. Mines not, it's just a kind of sticky backed silver paper..looks cheap and nasty...... Another cost saving
I'd expect far more than four years from the decals, I'd be disappointed it they came off after 10. On my ss they are under lacquer, so I fully expect them to stay put forever
Mine came off at after a few months. Spilling fuel on them will accelerate this issue. I bought replacements on eBay, job done.
