I know they are not ducati dealers (I wish), but a shout out for Teasdales in Thirsk. Picked my Aprilia up when they said, returned it when they said, and efficiently carried out the service.
Bought my '21 SDR from them too. My first real experience of them, but purchase, first service and a couple of other bits and bobs have been handled flawlessly. Would thoroughly recommend them on the strength of my dealings so far.
