Morning all, Just about to buy some Termi end cans for my 1199. The cans don't come with an up-map (as they are from an 899). Can anyone confirm: a). Are 899 and 1199 Termi end cans interchangeable. (I think they are). b). How the hell I get an 1199 up-map. c). How much do they cost? d). I'm pretty sure, regardless of 899 or 1199, the air filter and up-map came with the cans. Is this correct? A) yes B) eBay potentially C) no idea D) yes they did but just get a fresh DP air filter for £20 and stick in there as owners probably won't faff around changing them Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
For what it's worth the up map fuelling was a long way out when I took mine for mapping, so I really wouldn't worry too much about trying to source an up map stick for fear of poor fuelling. Best off spending the money on a proper custom map in my opinion, but equally the bike will run just fine, and safely, without Sam
