Thinking of getting some Gel Testa decals made up for my side panels. I have to get 250 though som wondered if there is any interest if i do at someting like £1 each similar to pic below.
Working on it guys. My local chap is designing the decal but it has to go to someone else to print as apparantly it needs a special printer to print white on clear ?
Hi spoonz, The only White bit on the design is on the tricolor, the testastretta text is actually gray from the supplier who's sticker is in that picture. Very light gray would be easy for your decal man to do, but he's probably right about his machine not doing white, most don't. If you get the txt white it could be a bit too contrasting against the (presumably non embossed) carbon panels. I had some gel stickers on my non embossed DP panels till, I stumbled across a set of embossed DP ones and the txt on them was gray too (probably from the same supplier as the above pic) Anth
I did ask about silver text but they said that was an issue too. ? Yeah i take your point that white text might be a bit in ya face. I couldn't ask a huge favour could i and have a picture to give them as the only one i have is the one on this thread.
Yeah, silver, like white and gold are special colours. I'll have a look to see if I have any pictures of them, I did have three of them and obviously only used two, so there will be one at home.....somewhere. Anth
These Gel decals are now available via SR Designs in the US for $12 + postage if anyone wants them. They are not listed on his site so use the contact info and email Scott. graphics race replica decals
He will do them however you want colour wise, Gel type or not. just email and pay him direct. He takes Paypal.
