I have spoken to the TEXA rep today with regards to purchasing a unit which will talk to my DVT or in fact any Ducati bike which gives me the options or reading codes, service light reset, data logging on the move and heaps more included. As you would guess it’s not cheap, £1550 +VAT for the software and Bluetooth unit, plus you need the correct cable for your bike manufacturer, Yamaha for example £66 for all Yamaha bikes from 2010, plus all the others you which to interrogate. There are four of us in our village and I have sent messages to the other three to see if they are interested in going in to purchase such a device, also mentioning should we do go ahead then if anybody else wants to take advantage of this then a small charge would be made to help,offset the costs. I await there replies but will keep the forum updated.
