The time came to strip my TL1000 engine and fix the gear box. Not a job I was looking forward too as the only other engine I've stripped is my 996. Easy it wasn't for the first time. So I just happen to mention in the 'OTHER BIKES' part of the forum that I'd got my TL engine out ready for stripping. I wasn't really in the mood, having some dinner, popping the shops then checking the forum. There was interest in my project. I started straight away! Even when I thought I'd done enough for the day I carried on a bit more just to give those interested something to read. Thanks Guys and Gals
And we would like to see a 998 motor take it's place , leave the Suzuki one for the motorized barstool project.
