The Advantages Of A Lockdown Christmas

  1. I'll start. I went through all three "Long way...." series on AppleTV.

  2. I watched all three Lord of the Rings, and all three Godfathers and a couple of Bourne’s.

    • Thanks Thanks x 1
  3. I didn't have to sit on a seat at the wrong height for the table (that rocks), to eat a meal that I didn't want using old weird cutlery, listening to super loud & inane conversation, whilst tripping over scrawling kids and possibly catching a killer virus!

    Works for me!

  6. Delighted not to be forced into spending time with people I would never normally socialise with, also due to recent redundancy it means I have an excuse to not purchase the whole of Hamleys or Other nice stores, wife didn’t seem to get that message though. Ridiculous as it seems the worse the virus gets the more riding I get to do, and London is very bad atmo.

    All in all a much improved Xmas on normal for me.

  8. Binge watching every one of the Red Bull soap-box races with no interruptions...
    :upyeah::grinning:

  9. Couldn't visit inlaws on the yearly torture of sitting through blurb from people who wouldn't give me the time of day in any other circumstances.

    No last day at the pub from work, which invariably ends up in embarrassing confrontations between people where the payroll is the only calming factor.... Add beer and no rules and you always get fall outs.

    Good walks but snow has put paid to peddling... It's treacherous round here.
