the most original low miler i have seen ever https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/31447272...jmHyQ3a5d5E9lNwk2gqW43ufvs|tkp:Bk9SR970ktLkYQ
Yeah. He was featured on a 748r v Panigale V2 video I watched talking about how he buys in super rare and collectable stuff. I think they sit on them for a while.
which would be the better buy though https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-7...=true&nordt=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
crashing into other riders you say..... let alone slowing down, deliberately finding your target and kicking out..
I think that's dealer speak for readied for the road / PDI'd but your guess is as good as mine. In any case, if the history on it can be deemed genuine and given the details, I've no doubt it's provenance is good. The price is eye-watering but these particular models have gone up in value in recent years and look set to continue. If you think this one is expensive you should look at some of the near zero mile 916SPS models that very occasionally pop up for sale.
Surely the value of the £35k one with 8 miles, and the one up for auction with 460 miles (so can only be described as an 'old knacker') which has a guide price of £25k to £30k (plus 12.5% buyers premium plus VAT @15%!) is in the low mileage, so if they achieve anything like the asking price, and you were to use them, then they devalue significantly, and would be a long time before you were to recover your money. So it's simply an investment opportunity that can't be ridden, but a lovely objet d'art nevertheless. Certainly be interesting to see if it 'old knacker' sells at auction....and for how much! (And the sales blurb for the 8 miler at Garage Sportique is with a read as well........)
