  1. As per title.

bsa motorbike (spares or repairs) | eBay

I can`t see anything worth £183 on this bike, unless you count the engine/frame numbers of course :Shifty:.

If this has already been posted then I apologise unreservedly to the pedantic amongst us.

  2. how do they know its a BSA?

  3. 29 Bids!!!!!!!!!!! I can't see anything being salvageable on that. I can only imagine it might be for the V5 or something

  4. I reckon it's an old insurance scam. Much neater than a fire.
    A la Lord Brocket.

  5. This is a job for .... Roadtrip!

  6. It`s "probably" a BSA M21, same as this:

    4469bsa

Wonder who told him it`s salvageable!

Anyways, kudos to the seller and good luck to the buyer, unless he has just bought it for the numbers.

  7. or Roadkill

  8. does say bsa on the tank

    Best Scrap Around ;)

  9. It would make a nice garden feature, my wife is always looking for rusty things for the garden ;)

  10. Think i would struggle with that one, i sure would like to see the after photos.

Could have a rare frame number.

  11. Needs some of this (well, a few gallons if truth be told)....

  12. Ha ha , stops rust my arse , look a tit:p , reminds me of the time I couldn't use my anti seizure compound coz the lid was stuck:)( that did happen ) , or when the fire prevention system shorted out and burnt the building down( that didn't but .... )

  13. The seller must be pissing himself laughing - he got £183 ffs :D

  14. It's definitely for the numbers, cos M21's ain't worth a w....

  15. Can you still read the numbers?
    Or have they rusted off?

  16. Wonder if the buyer will turn up with his helmet and gloves and a "some fresh fuel and I thought I might be able to ride it away" look on his face.

Years ago I sold an off road bike, in large-ish bits and a few boxes. I added lots of pictures and a description that included words such as "non runner" and "loosely assembled." Didn`t stop the buyer rocking up on my doorstep wanting me to put the bike together for him so he can hear it running!

  17. The previous bike sale ended with positive feedback from the buyer so he must be happy.
    Here`s another one

BSA B31 - 350cc still in the barn find | eBay

It may look like I`m a sad sack for finding this but in my defence, I did have a full day on my bike yesterday. I`m now sat around waiting for my 2-10 shift so what else you gonna do. :)

  18. Thats what i call a barn find even laying next to a tractor tyre,
What you think it will finish at i will start with £410 :Jawdrop:

  19. What a mess! I can only imagine that these bikes must be selling for the V5 or something. I'd say £250 but I am no doubt way out.

  20. Best shit available

    Bloody sore Arse

    Bastard Stopped Again

however the sound of a rocket 3 in full flight howling around a track takes a lot of beating
