Picked it up last night, so much better than paying in endless sums to some faceless financial institution who will give me back peanuts or less when I get old.

  2. cool v.shiny. will you use it.

  3. Oh yeah, no point having it otherwise.

  4. When your pension fund grows you won't be able to, or you will spend all your pension profits keeping them all on the road :Finger:

  5. This is my investment 3-years ago £2900 money well spent and in the same condition as it was 3 years ago only issue I still not worked out how ya start it [emoji19]

  6. Summit to do with that sideways foot peg - perhaps it's not a step for getting on after all :)

  7. advanced or retarded ? ;)

  8. never have them all on the road and try to buy what will go up in value, not doing too bad so far I hope.

  9. I once followed an old boy on a Brit bike, 'twas a sunbeam and he was making good progress i was quite amazed he could go as fast as he did and stay on the rd [emoji17] and its only when you own one of these crocs of shite with a gear stick on the opo side with 1 up and guess what gear your in down, drum brakes that down really stop you but they kind of slow you down and that's about it so you need to think well ahead and if anyone pulls out on you I'd recommend jumping off the bike before it hits the car, the starting process hurts when the kick start catches me on the shin and the basterd kicks back.

In essence the modern biker, yes you and me with our electric start and m50 calipers, Abs, electric suspension are Soft compared to our fathers .

  10. This pension pots doubled in the last 5 years. When I retire, it will net me 35pence a week, provided I only live until im 73. :upyeah:

  15. Under the knife at the minute I have a 52 5t speedtwin sprunghub almost finished and a 78 r100srs motorsport edition just needing pinstripes painted for my pension fund.

  16. Picked it up last night, got standard wheels as well as Dymags fitted, rear seat cowl if set up as pillion seat, original Honda rear paddock stand and it sounds and smells just like a 2 stroke should do.[IMG]
    So where's yours?
