New engine in - check (749 to 999) ECU flashed to suit new setup - check Issues - check Mechanic (Alec at ducati pro team) says that he sets the trim to -10 but then it randomly resets back to -17. He also notes that the potentiometer for throttle position sensor isn't either sending a signal to the ECU or the ECU isn't reading it properly - he will check it tomorrow morning. Finally error codes are appearing sometimes and not other times. I've removed the fans so expect error codes so when they don't show it seems weird. We are thinking maybe a low voltage battery, bad ECU, faulty throttle position sensor... We will rule out the last one one tomorrow but any thoughts otherwise...?
Joel, I have some spares that you can fault find with. TPS, loom, 999s ecu unlocked by Chris (which came from a 1098s), I could run these down to Alec thurs afternoon, if needed. Sorry I can't help further. Andy
