Greetings one and all. I've been away from Ducati's for a long time. So time for a change and today I took delivery (well 100 miles ago) of my 2015 MTS1200 with touring pack First impressions: Just getting used to the riding position after a sports tourer but real fun and tracks the corners well - can't wait to get further up the rev band. Engine very smooth in town / low speed traffic. Exhaust note has a lovely bark. Screen is pants, up or down. If you duck behind it you could hear a pin drop. Sit up and tinnitus is a worry. Switch gear is fine except for heated grips hidden behind the right mirror stalk and a long reach even for me. Dash is fine and I found easy to read (others seem to have a different view). Master cylinder wobbles on flexible plastic mount - looks poor and cheap. Seat in top position is fine for me (33" inside leg) with feet flat on ground. Centre stand doesn't get in the way of my size 10's with ball of foot on the peg. However, did find the exhaust shield pushing my right heel out a bit. Might just be me settling in. All in all, couple of beers tonight then off to bed to dream about tomorrow - like a kid with a new toy at Christmas
