Todays the day

Off to pick up my new multi today.Pikes peak,full luggage,full termi,heated grips and ventureshield kit.Leaving home at 9 up to JHP for 10,roads are damp now but sun is out and the sky is blue,happy days :biggrin:

 

Cheers everyone .Today went well,all the paperwork done and i was away from JHP by 12,had a very slow ride home as the wife was following in the car as she had no idea how to get home from Coventry,when we got closer to home and i was confident she would make it home,i shot off for a little spin,it was so good to be back on a bike(first time out this year)heated grips on,termi growling away bliss.Arrived home the same time as the wife just got off the bike and we had a big storm,so put the bike in the garage and spent the rest of the afternoon making a shelf to store the panniers and topbox, then put on some bits off my old multi(1200abs)evotech rad guard and wiring loom for my satnav,one thing that suprised me was the evotech spindle bobbins did not fit the skyhook forks i had to cut them down the best part of a inch.Sun was back out and the roads were dry by 6oclock so i managed to grab a quick hour on the bike,loving it.Only one problem with the bike is that the full termi system comes with a silver hanger not a problem for other models but the pp has black hangers as standard so it will have to be coated black.Big thanks to JHP great service as ever.Will post up some pics tomorrow.Off to take the Mrs out now to get some brownie points as i dont think i will be around much tomorrow.
