Do any of you guys have 'stand alone' (ie, not stitched on to a road bike or anything) insurance for your track bike?? I'm not asking for trackday insurance as that would be high risk loadsamoney but can it be covered for theft or transit damage? Cheers for any input :wink:
4 Counties and Competition Car Insurance both do insurance policies which cover storage and transit of trackday bikes, they are not too expensive either
Just thought I'd let you know that Competition car insurance don't seem to cover bikes. i contacted them to get a quote for a trackday and emailed me back to tell me that they'll only cover cars.
they don't do trackday cover for bikes but they will do theft and transportation insurance for bikes, loads of the guys on trackdayriders use them 4 counties will do trackday cover though
