Keen to do Donington with NL on 25th September, me in either inters or fast gp.; my mate in novice or inters ( going to share my 848...) They are all booked up. My mate and I are on the reserve list... Anyone ever get a lucky with reserve lists with NL? Cheers, Bob
Where are you on the reserve list? Someone may cancel... There will be crashers, it's like vultures. But if you're the 5th reserve or higher it's unlikely
your best bet is to go and hang around when they do sign on, once that's finished go see them to see if there are places.
If you only live within an hour or two, go for it. I've been lucky more often than not. You've got to keep your fingers crossed that someone has a huge off and smashes their pride and joy to bits.... Geddin, you're in! Mind you, the last time I went to Donington on a reserve list I didn't get on. The inconsiderate bastards wouldn't fall off. Drat!!:Banghead:
Thanks all... Apparently my mate and I are the first two on the reserve list. Weather looks good and it may be my last outing this year so will probably load up and see what happens when we get there... ;-)
Go for it. Great track Donington. As soon as registration opens (or even before), give them the low down. You may even get on from the off. They'll be keen to take your dosh remember. Good luck....
