Makes an insurance claim process easier if you have a demonstrable audit trail. Whilst I never got my V4R back the ability to provide the movements details to the underwriters made the subsequent total loss claim smoother.
That’s the question. For me it’s a no. Plus if it goes on the stolen recovered records it’s worth a lot less. Had a tracker system on a Porsche Macan. Never again. Pain in the ass…
