Transit Connect Lwb….

  1. I know this doesn’t answer your question, I have the previous version of this van, I can get my bike inside (1098/996), however I have to fold the passenger site down because the bike is a good 6 or 7” too long. My front wheel extends just past the bulkhead.

  2. I’ve seen sports bikes in the back of smaller vans, you could try it diagonally which should give you a little more room.

  3. You’d fit one in a lwb Caddy, I’ve had a nsr250 , Honda dominator , z400 in my swb Caddy so a sports bike will fit a lwb.

  4. Thanks.
I’ll try and get to see one with the bike next weekend and have a go putting it inside. Be nice if it works out as should be way better on fuel too!

  5. Tried this today, would go in but a proper pain so looks like I’m stopping with my full size tranny. Gutted as fancied something new!

  9. Too much ducking for my poor old back

  10. I prefer something you can get up in and have a walk around. Like an aeroplane. And a drink. And some recreational drugs. Think Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin.
