  3. So, my house gets broken into, i find out who did it, but have to sort him out myself because police have no evidence, yet they can waste time and resources hunting for a speeder who by the sounds of it, didn't kill anyone or cause an accident.
    Great isn't it.

  4. So they are unable to read number plates at 147mph? I thought these guys were trained to know your speed whatever it is - and to be able to report the facts correctly in law, saw it with my own eyes m'lud...............

    .............now they want us to do their work for them.

    WAS there an accident? Kittens squashed? Old ladies wet themselves? Teddy bears frightened? Sheep worried?

    Good on the speedo guy, ulcerating sores on the lips of anyone who dobs him in................

  5. I think - though I don't know the full facts m'lord in was on the small section of dual carriageway that ends as it approaches the brow of the hill by the cafe which is on a juntion

    Not sure if they were clocking bikers coming out of the cafe heading east or approaching from the east - guess they wern't doing it very well

  10. I thought that some time ago Plod could nick someone for speeding if they thought the person was speeding and take it to court, providing they had evidence to corroborate Plod's opinion.....ie, the officer's contemporanious report in his notebook, or another Plod who had the same opinion.

  12. hahaha!! dream on boys....why was he only doing 147??

    what this tells me is if you get recorded at that sort of speed is: tuck in, get yer head down and roll it on....

    you can always log in and help them with their enquiries later..."he went that way officer'...i was going to put a post up requesting that they help my plumber mate install a new Worcester Bosch this wkend..he always wants ppl to help him do his job..

  13. Whilst I could not possibly condone someone travelling at 147mph on a public road, it does make you wonder what the police are actually doing these days... Their own website says "was caught..." - quite clearly it should say "was not caught..." and now they expect someone to say "oh yes, that was me..." ? How about getting out there and catching some real criminals ?
