  1. The genius Allen Millyard has given a tiny taster of his latest creation. Hope he spends a bit of time on the frame/suspension/brakes as well.

First start of my latest Millyard Kawasaki 1000cc four cylinder running with headers only.

  2. Hi
What pipes you got on it,

  3. I want a big,noisy,dirty,unsocial,nutter bastard two stroke.Why am I poor?

  4. I'd lay a bet that it twists the crank at 7k. Biiig two strokes always were a challenge for the tuning shops in terms of reliability.

  5. The KH and GT 750’s were the swan song of the big strokers, with equal capacity four strokes nearly able to match performance. From an engineering point of view, the larger capacities made the job of making a reliable crank ever more of a challenge. Let's face it, if you wanted to make a rigid crank it had to be of one piece. Pressing a number of cylinders together with a friction fit to create a crankshaft, with counterweights, power takeoff etc was the last way to do it. Welding the crank was the final refuge of the tuner, requiring some fairly primitive methods of disassembly for replacement of bearings and seals.
