OEM tyres when I bought bike new we're Pirelli Scorpions which I thought were very good but mileage was poor. Swapped to Michelin Pilot Road 4 which felt twitchy. Now looking for new tyres - thinking of going back to Scorpion 2 (OEM on new MTS). Any suggestions ?
Metzler M7RR is a popular choice. Done about 1000 miles on a pair so far and all good so far. Quick to warm up, confidence inspiring in the wet and I do sometimes question my enthusiasm riding the Multistrada but the tyres have coped really well. Andy
I also thought the scorpion 1's were very good. I went through the same decision and am currently on the new scorpion 2's. I think I'll probably get 7-8 thousand miles on them.
