tyres pressures for track use?

Anyone been on track with pr3's on. if so what did you use for tyre pressures please.

bol locks

track pressures can vary depending on what track what temperature it is ambient pressure and how hard you are riding ....road pressure will generally be too high for the track.

Is there any advise on the michelin web site or i would ask the tyre man at your track day.........
