Uk Supplier Of Z48 Stm Clutch Plates?

  1. I recently bought a 1098S awhich has an STM 48 tooth Evolutione slipper fitted. It's recently started to slip, but I'm damned if I can find a UK supplier of a replacement clutch pack (part number ADU-0030 - I think) .. can anyone recommend or point in the right direction as my google foo appears broken.

  2. I got spares from STM for the clutch in my V4 through my dealer’s parts department who had a current catalogue. They also sourced the EVR wet slipper clutch I put in my Multistrada track bike. Andy

  3. Your dealer's name? I'll may as well call and see...... ahhh ignore that, just seen "New" Hampshire on your profile - meaning US based?

  4. You can talk to Craig or Luke at Moto Rapido, 01962 873981. Andy

  5. I recently bought the same clutch pack from omnia racing. I didn’t pay Italian VAT but was charged UK VAT by the courier, alongside their handling charge. Even so it worked out quite a bit cheaper than sourcing from within the UK. Arrived within a week of me placing the order.

  6. Tahnsk everyone - just bit the bullet and sent £171 to omniaracing. I'll need to pay VAT and UPS fees when they arrive! SO assume we can add 20% + fees to that. I reckon that another £50-£60?

  7. Sounds about right. I paid £50.87 to DHL.

  8. For next time, EVR do a compatible set that is cheaper than the STM. Andy

  9. That’s interesting. I assume their outer basket is the same size and isn’t required then.

  10. EVR have their own versions of the most common types of slipper clutch (Edo Vigna invented the concept of the slipper clutch and worked for Ducati) but offer compatible packs for the other manufacturers’ clutches, like STM. Andy
