Ok, I have a 2009 pearl white MTS 1100s. I have, to date, done the following mods to the bike:- 14T front sprocket LeoVince header pipes and decat. FatDuc LED rear light Clear rear lenses Heated Grips Fender extender Panniers and top box (Ducati Performance) Led integrated Acerbis hand guards. What other upgrades/modifications can anyone recommend/suggest. Serious comments only please. Thanks Pete P.s. new endcans are on the cards!!
Hi Pete, put HID headlamp bulbs in, fantastic things, best mod anyone can do on any bike, so says me anyway!! I also did the mod where dip beam comes on with main beam, so all four lights are lit. I have HID, 4 led spots, and headlight mod, coming home last night the road is awesomely lit, no more struggling to see the verge or whats in the distance, also cars can see you well before they would if you were on normal lights, its such a pure light. I have posted in this forum with pictures of my lights, one of the earlier threads, cheers.
One thing I forgot to say is I have done the dip/main beam headlight mod. !! I have considered the HID route but not so sure.
Pete, its the first thing I do to any new bike, I had my first one on my Mille when the Hid first came out, and every bike since. I cannot recommend it enough, I get mine now from a lad who is on the BMW forum, the ballasts are small, they get stuck on the inside of the side panels, little bit of a faff but the longest job it tidying up the spare loom.
