Has anyone got some wisdom for me on this subject? Question. What is the standard spring rate, 7.5nm? At 125kg plus gear I could do with an upgrade, but to what and where is the best pace to buy?
I believe standard is 6Nm (open to correction though). 7.5Nm is an upgrade spring... Not sure of the variety of weights on offer, other than 7.5Nm...there are probably heavier weighted springs available. Any Öhlins dealer should be able to advise on the options.
