I was in the Alps last week and was chatting to the German owner of a new 1200 DVT S version (in white). He was pretty fed up as the DES suspension had stopped working whilst 2 up on the col de Galibier. He'd had it repaired once already before he came on the trip and only had the bike for about a month. Other than that he loved it!
