Marshalling motorcycle racing is proving to be more physically demanding than I expected and to make my life a little bit easier, I've decided I need a lighter weight generator for my Pennine folding camper. This means my old faithful Kipor is redundant. Unleaded petrol, pull start, 2 x 230V, round pin (blue) socket outlets and a 12V DC outlet. Rated at 2.3kVA (10A ?), 2.6kVA max output. Low usage, approximately 10 to 15 hours running time in total, last inspection and oil change carried out by me 2 months ago. Last used during the Donington WorldSBK weekend where it was faultless. Not small, despite being described as a suitcase model and weighs approximately 30 kilos. It is a one man lift but I'm now struggling with it. I'd guess exhaust noise is between 60 to 70dba but it was quieter than most of the generators being used on the outfield campsite. Collection only I'm afraid (Basingstoke/Reading/ Newbury triangle) but happy to meet somewhere more convenient within a 30 mile radius if the price is right. Asking £275, advertised elswhere at £300.
