Evening All I'm just putting some feelers out see how the market is for used marchesini wheels I've a couple of sets but before I put my toes out there I'd like to see if the prices are depressed just like used ducati prices are at the moment Cheers
Yes, discretionary spending on all this sort of stuff is down, stuff needs to be cheap to find a home, same for all sorts of things.
I've got a gold set from a 1260s multistrada - Set of Marchesini forged from a Monster Anniversario .Had these fitted to my Panigale r with the brembo spacers. Unused, never fitted set of Marchesini forged for a 1098r
@DRS, is that the Monster 1200 Anniversario ? If so, I would appreciate discussing the wheels with you. Andy
Ive been keeping an eye out for a set of scruffy forged for my 1299 as track day wheels. I need a spare set to put slix on as I still have to use my bike as a road bike too. Edit: they need to be cheap lol, which is highly unlikely.
I used a set of brembo spacers to fit the front wheel to my panigale as the monster rim is narrower. Indeed you are very perceptive - they won't be cheap
I'm after some that are aesthetically challenged but other wise straight and true. I spent so much on getting bike track ready and eu track days etc that Ive run out now. I'll prob get some for next year. I have to ride my bike to mates for pick up for stillage so have to use road tyres.
I bought a set last October, taken off a brand new panigale for £1350 Seemed very similar money to a well used set at the time
I have a spare set of forged wheels in perfect nick from my Panigale and wondered what these were worth...
