V4 V4 Clutch Not Fully Disengaging

  1. just fitted duca clutch cover and asv levers, but now for some reason the clutch is not fully disengaging since the clutch cover and levers have been fitted, i bleed slave and master cylinders but the problem still stands i took everything off to double check and everything seems fine
     
  2. Have you tried refitting the original clutch lever to see if it makes a difference ? Andy

  3. Agree above... either something not aligned properly! Did you fit the pressure plate or just the cover? Now you can see inside the clutch is it operating as it should? When you engage it should be pushing the plates apart....
     
  4. standard lever same problem the plate is sat in correctly it just does not seem to fully disengaging
     
  5. Then the only other part you have changed is the cover. Is the clutch itself rubbing the underside of the cover ? Andy
     
  6. fixed I had to slack the pressure plate off a turn
    No it does not seem like it
