I have a base model v4 and I know at somepoint I’m gonna want to upgrade the rear shock. The generic sachs units are never particularly great. I’ve seen the ohlins ttc option. But interested to hear what others are using. My go to with other bikes had always been WP and or Ktech
Caveat: my experience is w my 959 and upgrading that suspension to NIX30 and TTX GP. Ohlins is more popular. TTX GP is a huge step up from the Sachs unit. Way more adjustability and you’ll be able to find the right spring weight. Ktech is better quality but more expensive. Depending on you talent you may or may not feel the difference. I’d say if you’re racing and have a good suspension guy familiar w Ktech, go for it. For trackdays, Ohlins will most likely do.
