Valve Head Cover With Oil Cooler Mounting

  1. What are my options to fix this, apart from binning the whole thing and sourcing a new cover?

    The rubber mounting has completely sheared off on one side, and the other side has seen better days too..

  2. molegrips on the flat washer part and a little bit of heat from a hot air gun or blowlamp on the alloy as it expands faster than steel should free off nicely might not even need heat
    had the same on mine before

  3. Followed your advice and everything turned out ok, I don't know what I was afraid of!

  6. Postage is usually about a tenner, regardless of how small the order is, so it's worth getting a few things from them when needed
