  1. image.jpg Been out on me bike today and come home to find out bloody m5 Allen head vibrated out of lower fairing! Not to much of a problem except this is no ordinary bolt lol. It called a m5 special screw with a fat collar and nylon washer! Can't find none on internet. Looks like I'll have to get one off ducati dealer. None of you got any spare ones? It's number 10 on the diagram image. Thanks propergraft.

  2. Exact same one fell off my bike. I also lost the bolt that holds the dump guard to the sumo and that is a special too...

Local dealer should have them on the shelf.

Mine didn't but moto Rapido got me one next day posted for about £1.50 or something

Ive found a lot of bolts that go into frame vibrate loose so I use low strength loctite. The ones that go plastic to plastic so far I haven't lost any...

  3. Yeah I will use blue loctite next time

  4. Low strength loctite as said. Can't say I use it but I probably should as I've lost a few. I ended up spending £150 on a complete set of bolts, washers and rubbers because I was changing between track and road so much. I'm yet to find aftermarket ones that are not made of cheese. I've just gone to Dsuz on the new track fairings which will hopefully be much simpler and quicker to work with but it has meant a lot of changes to go fully racebike.

  5. Yeah I had Dzus on my rc8.
