Vietnam?

  1. I almost went a couple of years ago for a holiday but we got a superb deal for a 5* resort in Borneo which we really couldn't turn down. And though a bit "processed" it was still a great trip with plenty to see and experience.

    However I still have a hankering to go and travel and see Vietnam.

    So who's been? What's a must see and must do? When's the best time of the year to go? How much should I budget for? Etc etc. :smile:

  4. Quite a few seem to be going these days, becoming a popular destination. Not heard anyone say its crap.

  5. very popular with the SCUBA community as its still unspoiled, and there are some great rub and tug shops apparently..very reasonably priced.
