Does any one know if you can get this done ,I know vans etc can be done but not sure how it would last on a bike ?
I did my 848 track fairings. Hard work and the results vary from brilliant to Ok (air scoops are particularly hard). http://ducatiforum.co.uk/f16/wrapping-track-fairings-13651/ If it's for road fairings I'd use a wrapping company but I don't know if there are many who do bikes..... They're more fiddly and labour intensive than vans/cars
Venture Shield Paint protection Is this what you mean ? I have all my bikes done by the dealer in this stuff. All in, it's about £200 including fitting but it's worth it. It's virtually invisible, protects the paint work from scrapes, dings and scratches and it's easy to remove. When you sell your bike, it looks like new !
Its quite expensive though if someone else does it, seen prices more expensive than paint when I had a look
Quite expesnive to repsray.... However re wrapping, if you ever want to move the bike on, you can return it to original paint scheme if new owner doesnt have your taste. If you repsray there is no going back.
Give the lads at OBR Racepaint in Oswestry a ring mate, they're the bollocks & also have a decal business on site for anything you may need, can't recommend them highly enough! Passionate & perfectionists! 01691610949
