Volunteer Required

  1. This is a follow on to the research I have done into bikes with the I2K immo system and the calculation of bypass codes. A recent assist has identified that all I2K immo systems are not equal. In particular, for bikes using the MAE Electronics dash and Temic 12 key transponders. I think I have identified how to do the calculation but at the moment it is just desk theory. What I need is someone who has a 2009 /10 Streetfighter 1098 with both keys and the code card. I will not take any data from you. I will let you have some excel tools and send out a key transponder reader (which must be returned, I will reimburse postage). What I need to see is if the calculations I will guide you through give a result matching your code card. I do not need to know the code, just that the process works.

This is the type of key I am interested in

  2. I missed this one , but the topic fascinates me .

I don't have a bike with modern keying / security so I can't offer to be a volunteer unfortunately ,
but I found some tech stuff in my notes which may be useful ?

I'll send via PM , so as not to bore the pants off everyone ..... :)

  3. I may have to put this one to bed for the time being. To date I have failed to identify the link between the keys and the bypass code used in the PIC chip used by MAE. I know TMPro have been able to access the chip and identify the bypass code. However, their kit is expensive and the process requires some surgery on the sealed MAE dashboards to access the communication contacts.
