  1. How can he walk and breath at the same time?
    Bedford Autodrome I believe

  2. Holds his breath?

  3. There was also a rear facing video clip posted. Apparently it's on the straight which is a bit quick.
The video bike guy came rather close.

  4. Gixxer boys don’t tend to be the shiniest apples on the tree but that takes the biscuit.

I followed two of them the other day down a lovely curving shell gripped slip road onto an A/M road. Both wearing hoodies and both riding in that bolt upright elbows locked stance many seem to favour, both very slow and hesitant in the turn yet then both nailed it once we joined the carriageway and immediately started to weave in and out of traffic at triple digit speeds. One of them also had his baseball cap clamped to the tailpiece by the pillion pad in such a way that it was covering the brake light.

  5. His side of the story.

  6. Tbf I had brakes seize on once at the end of park. Woke up by the tyre wall...and the marshals couldn’t move the bike at all until things stated cooling

  7. But I wouldn’t be stood behind the bike tbh either!

  8. Mine seized on Almeria start finish straight. It was interesting and entirely my fault but I managed to get the bike off the track with the front wheel sliding

  9. Looks hairy alright but if that story is true, it’s fair enough. Sometimes when shit happens you don’t have time to weigh up your options.

  10. Yep, dragging the back brake can do that o_O

  11. I don't believe he couldn't drag or bump that bike a yard sideways.

  12. Maybe. But while bikes are closing in at speed, dragging the bike off the track... maybe putting everyone including himself at more risk in the process?
Easy to pick fault but we do not know the timeframe for for how close other riders were in the incident. He maybe saved someone running in to the back of a stationary motorcycle at speed. At which point while not a wise action, it is commendable.

  13. Lightweights. I ran out of petrol on my lambretta halfway along dartford tunnel. No cops, nothing. I pushed the fecker out myself. Tbf, I spent a lot of time pushing that particular fucking lammy. It was loaded up too as I was on way back from Yarmouth or something like that. Circa 1984ish. No cops or owt. Lot of sweary fuckers moaning, but I was in a gang of about 20 weird scooterists. Not one of em helped me the bastards. Apparently it was funny.

  14. You are told, if an incident, leave it and get off track and Marshall’s will deal with it.
I think I saw another post of his on FB ‘rate my body position’ which got lots of ridicule and piss taking because he’s clearly new to track riding (or looks to be) and loves to stick his stuff out there

  15. What does he do when his vehicles fcukup on the motorway? He must have been able to at least move to either side of the track before total immobility. Situation compounded by standing just where his bike would go if someone did hit it.

    Darwin award nomination sent.

  16. Yes. Dry enough, should have headed to the grass. It didn’t lock and stop or he’d have been on his arse! See above for evidence ;)
