I've found a power commander and I'm now looking for some tidy 50mm cans. I'm not set on style or make just want a tidy pair...what have you got?? cheers paul
A brand new pair of Termignoni 50mm carbon race cans for the 998s including the genuine Ducati CPU which should be better than the Power Commander. Photographs posted in accessories and parts a week or so ago. Saw self same kit advertised on Ducati up north by a race team at Knockhill but I think the £998 they are asking is a bit over optimistic. My initial stab was £800 but if you are interested make me a sensible offer. Andy
thanks for the replies, hoping to find some used cans or cans just using my original pipes. I had carbon termis which were rough and there was no power commander so I didn't want to burn the valves out. There are some ti ones on eBay but I think I may be leaning toward carbon again now. Missing the throaty gurgle. I've just ordered a chain and sprockets with 2 extra teeth and longer chain which will hopefully make her a little more rider friendly too. From what I've read the gearing and fuelling on these is quite poor due to meeting eu rulings. I only use this on road, no track use.... The Vfrs for that
Found new termi's in carbon/ti for £425 posted in 50mm now. Ill post a link if anyone wants a link let me know! Still after some second hand ones though lol!!
