Does anyone know or can make an educated guess on the weight of a Panigale R engine, swingarm, airbox and exhaust system as in the photo plus callipers ? I'm thinking around 100kg perhaps? Dry weight is 162kg and take away the wheels, forks, steering assembly, rear subframe and seat, etc, etc...
I’d say possibly a bit light. Wheels 15kg, forks maybe 20kg, triple clamps, tank, subframe and seat probably only another 10 to 15kg. I’d call it 115kg so as not to come up short if you are looking at a courier. Andy
Ok that makes sense thanks It's possibly going to the US so I think we are looking at bike couriers now anyhow who will take it in the big wood delivery containers which should be more straightforward.
