Sorry for the pathetic question, just to confirm the size of the well nuts required for the mounting points of the side fairings and rear panels, is M5 or M6 ?

Yep, there's no such thing as a stupid question... but there are loads of stupid answers. I always get confused with M sizes and their related socket or allen key size & always have to refer to such a table:
A year or two back I bought some from here https://www.kayfast.co.uk/view-product/Rubber-Well-Nuts I got enough that I shouldn't need to buy again - as long as I can find them in the garage !
