Does anyone know the size of well nuts on a F/F 1997 SS900. I'm after 4 that sit between the headlight and indicators (2 either side). The dealer I phoned left me convincingly Unconvinced he had the right part. I'm after the rubber fitting and hex bolts too.
Ordered some not too long ago. M6 eBay item number:251416538653 - plenty of other sellers. If you mean the rubber around the head light, seen a few on ebay. I think the screw are a bit special. Look like button head socket cap screws. M6 x 20. Button head 15 dia with 4mm skt hex bit. Standard button heads look a bit smaller. They have a plastic washer also which I have found difficult to find (either dia 12 too small or dia 18 too big) May need to buy them from Ducati. Cheers Gaz
My nuts were a tight fit, I found putting a longish bolt in from the backside and doing a waggley/rotating/pulling motion help, honestly ask the missus. Cheers Gaz
