Had one of the worst days ever today. Wife woke up to find our house had been burgled while we were asleep in our bed, broke in the front door and stole our car and van keys and my wallet. Car gone, van gone, all my tools gone, have been on the phone all fucking day, credit card companys, 4 lots of insurance to sort out etc etc, thanks a lot you EAST EUROPEAN CUNTS. Vw Golf gti and Vw transporter, why cant we have anything nice these days with out the worry of them being stolen. Will be phoning the dealers tomorrow to see if they will sell a couple of my bikes on sale or return as i am totally fed up of this great country of ours.
Jesus wept is there nothing safe any more. Karma will catch up with those fookers. Hope u can put this behind u soon..
Probably want to punch me for coming out with anything remotely philosophical, but at least you & Mrs were not physically harmed. They can be very determined these days & usually get what they want. I hope you manage to get through all the red tape bollox & back on your feet soon. And yeah , I agree, you can’t have anything nice these days.
Bastards, hope things turnaround quicker than expected with everything, can't imagine how angry you will be!
That’s really bad news indeed. Sorry to hear about this. Did you get a look at them or hear them to know their ethnic origin?
Cheers everyone, its been a very testing day dealing with so many companies, all who i have dealt with have been very good its just the fact there are so many to deal with at one time, all requiring different information, things like my driving licence was stolen but the hire van company require my driving licence. I am insured on all aspects of the theft, even my tools are covered but with both vehicles being stolen we cannot even get out and about.Family and friends have been great and as stated no physical harm done thank god. I own my own window company so i am well aware of cylinder locks and the front door was fitted with a 3 star cylinder lock and as good as they are they are not invincible if you know what you are doing. Lucky bikes were not touched but it has made us realise having nice things comes at a price and a price we are not prepared to live with any more. 5 police officers on duty last night in Warwickshire, criminals have no chance of being caught.
Heard and saw nothing. East European gang doing the rounds according to the attending Police officer, hence my claim was not unfounded, ours was the 4th golf gti stolen last night and a Audi s3 today in daylight, knocked on the guys door and the fuckers demanded the keys. So in some ways i think we were lucky.
Fair enough. You were, in a way, lucky as it could have been worse. Again, sorry to hear of the completely shit day and hope you can move on from it with your sanity intact.
Sorry to hear it mate.... Happened to me about 10 years ago, miserable experience, the attitude of the insurance companies makes a huge difference. Hope it gets sorted some and they catch the fuckers!
