how the hell do i remove this? have just received this CNC Racing Ducati Hypermotard Cam Cover have taken the bolts out of the old one and expected it just to come away, but it doesn't, what am i missing? cheers
I'm guessing it's either threebonded in place or there's the usual rubber o-ring behind the cover, it'll probably just ease off with some gentle persuasion
how important is it that the new one is super airtight when fitted? as i have managed to get the old one off and there is a rubber o ring but also a smearing of some other sealant type stuff around it, or is the o ring and a good hard screw with some lock tight good enough?
