hello my peoples... im looking for a rear view camera kit for my van... want one that can be used like a rear view mirror and not just reversing... can they all do this? whats a good one? miles of em on ebay , anywhere from £20.00!!! to a few hundred and some... lots have a screen that goes over existing rear view mirror but this wouldn't fly as van has no mirror... as always, thanks for any help...
Mine was £280 fitted, separate screen that is fitted high up out the way at my request, worth it’s weight in gold, was about to reverse In Amsterdam the other day and yep a fucking dozy cunt on a bike text messaging right behind my running van, he doesn’t know how close he was to winning the shrove Tuesday award for flattest pancake
It's ace, reversing yes absolutely wouldn't be without it alongside the mirrors, it's a must asap, you can leave it on, comes on when starting the van you manually switch it off so not connected to gearbox which I totally prefer, it's even got a mike on it
That's the type poking out the top of the roof but obviously many different ones, you can get different internal size screens too
like every thing in england, they are just painted on... i need something that works... (like the foreigners)
there is 26 poles at the company i work for (thats one for every finger and toe you were born with) and none can do my job (yet!!!) i do get them to carry me though... and peel grapes...
You could always get a rear view mirror on the screen or dash mounted to use as a mounting bracket for those mirror mounted one's. Some even act as a forward facing driving camera
I think he means for his van? Or maybe for his bike so he can record people crashing into the back of him who knows
took me a while to decipher that.. my fault not yours...not a bad idea as they are cheap.. still need some sound advice as to what kit to buy though....
no one will crash into the back of my bike unless the travel into the future... i am that fast.... wait... does that even make sense? whatever... you will never be close enough to crash into me (due to the restraining order)
