Hi guys, Bit of advice please... What sort of price should i be asking for my 2009 1198 with just 16455 miles? It's got the dry clutch, the extra carbon bits and is really clean and nice. Unfortunately, following cancer surgery earlier this year, i just can't ride it for more than about 20 minutes before the pain becomes distracting - not good on a bike like this. Grateful for your collective wisdom i was thinking circa £8500 but not sure if that is cheap, spot on or unrealistic. Thanks as ever guys
I would be very surprised if you get any interest anywhere near that kind of price, not when you can get a warranty and service included for less from a dealer.
Looking at eBay as a barometer, £8k seems about right. So pitching it at £8500 ready to be knocked down a bit doesn’t seem too unreasonable to me.
