What To Keep?

  1. So time to lighten the load, setting aside the muttley ( road bike) and the 1199 ( track bike), what should I keep out of this lot, possibly, realistically, space for 4 ( also have a tiger cub which stays I'm thinking)

    888SP4
996 SPS ( probably a minor project now, but complete)
    Qty 2 999
    1098R
Wife has qty 2 monsters which are her problem I'm thinking

  2. 1098R. Boom… that was easy :D

  3. As much as like to say keep the 996sps I'd keep the 1098r.

  4. 888

  5. Nice problem to have. You’ve got 4 spaces… ok… I would keep
    888SP4
    996 SPS
    Qty 1 999
    1098R
Tiger Cub under a cover outside the house.
    Lose a 999.

unless you mean 4 including multi and track bike, and the Tiger Cub is an emotional attachment, in which case, easy. Keep the 888.

  8. That's how I got on this mess, one of each 888-1199, then the muttley arrived....

  11. No space, already have a 7m long garage plus a 2.5m x 6m shed on the parking space
Also have a vx220 to house.....

  12. Last of the mental V- twins, trellis frames. I’m no expert but that has to be odds on to become an appreciating classic.

  13. My wife has a strict one in, one out code. I can buy whatever I want but that’s the limit. Shame as I’d like to get an old bike and restore it but no room for it.

  14. I have strict one in one out with wives...

  15. 888 SP4 and 1098R, but the 996 in boxes and then it’s a project and then doesn’t count…lol

love an SP4, what’s it like compared to modern stuff?

  16. Hardly ever ridden it to be honest, bought it on a whim to complete the set

  17. Best you start then :D

  18. Get rid of her, then you're two bikes down.:joy:

  19. Doesn't work like that, can guarantee the bikes would remain... Chained to the others you see....only one key and all that

  20. Bit too radical for me, but I like your thinking
