What are you good at, qualified in or your field of expertise? yes yes, i understand all the chutney ferrets out there.....
Autism / communication disorders . designing resources to help them cope with in a special needs school. I also work with some children . Supervising them .. Looking after them and pretending I am a parrot called Harry .
Engineer, specifically manual center lathe turner and vertical miller. I loved working metal with a passion, and it broke my heart the day I walked away from it, but its just not a solid profession anymore. The last recession very nearly bankrupted me as I lost £10,000 per year from my pay cheque. Food and fuel start to go on credit cards, and virtually every penny went just on rent. It's no way to live, so I had to make a difficult decision, although it turned out to be one of the best moves I ever made.
Here's a wee bit of pre deployment training I put together , how to open a door afghan style ...... We're about 8M's away
