  1. So what is your poison?
If you don't drink booze then a non tipsy one is allowed.

Mine Guinness & Black (polluted Guinness ).
Guinness , Rum and condensed milk whizzed up.
    ( try it it's lovely honest! )

    Dark rum & Black.

I can't bear cheap spirits :( no they do not taste the same ..

  2. Last night it was gin and tonic. Somewhere between 15 and 20 times. I can't remember exactly how many rounds we did.

  3. Stella or grey goose vodka.

quite like baileys and whiskey to.

  6. For a good pint then it's bitter every time, love trying different brews and there's little doubt I'll ever get through them all. Only spirit I drink is gin and given a choice Botanist is my favourite.

  7. Tea with three.

  8. Coffee! Way too much!

  9. I'm very keen on dry martinis, but I don't have them that often because:

They have to be drunk very fast, while they are still ice cold.
The first one is brilliant - so good you are clearly going to have another.
The second one is also brilliant but by the end of it, your judgement is severely impaired.
So you have a third one. This is a mistake. By the end of that one, you are as pissed as a fart.

The best place to have them is Dukes Hotel, St. James St, London. Try and bring someone else along to pay for them, as they are about £15 a pop. Mind you, they are huge and made right at your table (with a lot of style).
Three of those and you are (a) very poor (b) very, very drunk.

The only gin to use in a dry martini is Tanqueray. Don't bother with anything else.

  10. Teetotal here, so low sugar cranberry juice; caffein free diet coke or even diet tonic water with ice and lemon slice. I used to be a typical City drinker but a heart attack whilst under 40 shook me a little.

  11. Summer : Plymouth G, T, ice & lemon.
Winter : Single malt; preferably Caol Isla cask strength with a dash of water.

  12. Crikey that was young :(

  13. You disappoint me sir!!!
I thought you would be partaking of tequila slammers and body shots off naked women!!

  14. newcastle brown when i am allowed it the wife hates me drinking it
used to drink between 10-12 bottles on a night out
but appears i then produce rather noxious gasses so stick with peach snaps lol
not that i drink that often nowadays

  15. Bottle of Peroni for me ! or i do enjoy an occasional Pina Calava when on holiday :)

  16. Must confess to a small daily glass of Captain Morgan (purely medicinal of course, keeps the colds away)

And keep a bottle of Wood's Navy for when the mood strikes, tis fierce stuff

  17. 12yo+ single malts (mainly Islays), Trappist Monk beer, Cuban cigars.

  18. Islay malts, does that include Talisker? I tried that once after being recommended, found it revolting, very peaty, like drinking bog water (I would imagine) yuk!!!

  19. A man after my own heart ( I like captain Morgue ) as we called it after a bad session !!!
Woods is jolly nice as well.
I'm not big on spiced rum but may give Kracken a go!

  20. I'm really surprised ( please please don't take me the wrong way!)
    Men like G&T so much.

Myself I gag at the smell :)
I do like Saphire Gin bottles.
I was gutted to find the gin was not blue.

I also like a bit of Vodka ( not cheap stuff ) .
You can make some great drinks .
