Hi I'm hoping I can get some advise, i'm consider purchasing a Monster R and the bike is matches what i'm looking for apart from the wheels have been colour changed to the Ducati bronze colour. I want to return them to the original gloss black, but from factory the rear wheel has white writing on the wheel which is stamped into it. I'm assuming this will be impossible to replicate and get the stamping coloured white ? Many thanks
As it’s stamped into the wheel it will be there after you’ve had the wheels repainted although it will be the same colour. I guess your only option will be a very very fine artists paint brush and white enamel paint and a very steady hand. Or you could speak with a company that does laser engraving, they may be able to scan the existing and then re-etch it once the wheels are painted.
