Have done this previously. Shortly after I got my 1260 Multi they had a container from Italy and had added lots of products from this to their online store before it arrived. Got a Touratech pillion comfort seat for half price, had to wait a few weeks for it though. The Touratech seats had been discontinued along with the 1200DVT Multi but the 1260 has the same seat-pan, just different seat covers. The more recent Ducati comfort seat isn't as effective by comparison and probably Ducati trying to increase revenue on each sale rather than giving a significant chunk of it to Tourtech. I bought the bike from DMC (Ducati Manchester). For parts I've previously used my then local dealer, Ducati Worcester. Now, having moved, it would probably be Moto Rapido due to their reputation as well as recommendation from my 996 riding best mate.
